• Ability to identify and diagnose diseased trees.
• Clean and inspect equipment at end of the day.
• Properly mix and load PHC products upkeep equipment
• Maintain PHC records and turn them into the office.
• Inventory PHC products, and inform office to order when needed.
• Valid Driver's License and Wisconsin Pesticide Applicator License Required.

This position has the opportunity to grow into PHC Sales!

• Maintaining equipment in proper operating condition by performing simple preventative maintenance and repair tasks.
• Trimming and removing trees and brush using the equipment
• Working alongside tree climbers to create the safest and most time-efficient plan. 
• Driving equipment to and from job sites - CDL Required 
• Comfortable running a variety of equipment and learning in machinery. 

• Remove/trim trees with a bucket truck, climbing, and possibly cranes.
• Ability to climb using saddles (SRT, DRT, SRS, MRS, etc.)
• Operate different equipment (mini loaders, chippers, log trucks with grapple, winch, etc.).
• Properly maintain tools and equipment.
• CDL preferred.
• 2-5 Years Climbing Trees.
• Pesticide Applicator License (PHC) a plus.
